Kimmy + David's Napa Wedding

David swept Kimmy off to Napa for a surprise engagement that featured both of their parents and a photographer ready to capture the magical moment. It made sense that a year later the couple would want to tie the knot in the same location their wedding adventure began!

Kimmy and David chose a palette of pistachio green, creamy whites, pale pinks, and baby blues for their wedding. Watercolorist and stationer Mesh by Alex used this palette to create a spectacular wedding suite to accentuate their Shuler Monogram.

As guests arrived for the weekend, they were greeted with linen totes from Oakville Grocery in Napa Valley embroidered with Kimmy + David's monogram.

Kimmy describes the vibe of the weekend as a summer garden party. Camden Mobley Steele with Shannon Leahy Events pulled in some fun Italian elements for the rehearsal dinner like olive trees, lemon trees, and potted herbs.

The wedding and reception took place at Beaulieu Garden, a private, family‑owned estate and one of the oldest wine‑producing vineyards in the Napa Valley.

Their dreamy wedding dinner was set underneath a lush, vine-covered trellis. Each place-setting was dressed with custom embroidered napkins that mimicked the watercolor monogram from their wedding suite.

Espresso martinis were served during the reception. Kimmy noted that David makes an especially good one, and they order them anytime they go out, so it was important for them to have them at their wedding. The Espresso Martini Cart was hand-painted with their monogram.

Kimmy and David's dreamy evening continued with an after party with tacos and tequila (remember they are from Texas!) and a vintage 1980 Mercedes convertible.
