Je t'aime: Gwyneth and Jake's French Countryside-Inspired Wedding

Bonjour from the Wrights!

Inspired by the French Chateau that her grandparents built on their family farm, Gwyneth knew she wanted her wedding guests to feel transported to the French Countryside as soon as Jake proposed. Though Shelbyville, TN may not seem to have many similarities to  France, the wedding planning team made sure Gwyneth and Jake's event was very French-inspired.

The couple's invitation suite set the tone for their big day with a custom watercolor painting of the estate. Coupled with details of silk ribbon and a gold wax seal displaying their Shuler Monogram, Gwyneth and Jake's guests were prefaced with a beautiful sneak peek of what was to come.

The chateau was the perfect background for the ceremony. The aisle was flanked with greenery and white roses creating a gorgeous walkway for the wedding party.  Ceremony programs boldly displayed their Shuler Monogram at the top - a stunning touch. Gwyneth made quite an entrance by rolling up in a baby blue Rolls Royce!

"I wanted our monogram EVERYWHERE! It was on every cup, napkin, and cigar, on our bar, the ice luge, and the photos from our photobooth. Shuler Studio was so easy to work with and our monogram made the little details even better."

- Gwyneth

Time to Party!

The evening progressed to a beautiful of more stunning details of luxury and elegance.

Guests entered the reception in a tented wonderland of twinkling lights and ivory candles allowing for the black and white color scheme to make a bold statement. European-inspired food stations (the Soup du Jour was French Onion!), a black-and-white photo booth, and full bar with the couple's monogram added to the beautiful setting.

Surrounded by the warm candlelight, guests indulged in hand-rolled Nicaraguan Cigars, complete with a monogrammed wrap.

The monogrammed ice luge was a the "hot" spot of the night where guests watched as Espresso Martinis (the bride's drink of choice) were poured down the luge for a delectably chilled libation - truly the pièce de résistance!

To top off the night, the couple opted for a late-night-snack to be served. McDonald's cheeseburgers were passed out to those who worked up an appetite on the dance floor... with a monogrammed napkin, of course!

Shuler Studio was honored to play a part in Gwyneth and Jake's stunning French-inspired celebration.
