A SOUTHERN FAIRYTALE

Set just outside of Oxford in the charming town of Taylor, Mississippi, Mary Claire and Trammell's wedding was the perfect blend of Southern tradition, timeless elegance, and collegiate pride. With soft pink and green florals, a sailcloth tent, and thoughtful personalization at every turn, this celebration brought all of their wedding dreams to life.

THE MONOGRAM

“I’ve always loved Shuler Monograms — the one we chose felt elegant, classy, and perfectly fit the vibe we were going for.”

-- Mary Claire

Mary Claire and Trammell selected our Antique Chic MT No.5. From paper goods to personal details throughout the celebration, the monogram added a cohesive, polished touch that tied everything together beautifully.

HERE COMES THE BRIDE

The couple exchanged vows at The Chapel at Plein Air and their reception following just steps away at Plein Air. The picturesque setting provided the ideal backdrop for an elegant fall celebration.

From the very beginning, the vision was clear: an elegant October wedding beneath a sailcloth tent, layered with pink and green florals and finished with personal details that told their story. Romantic, classic, and deeply meaningful, every element reflected their style and their love for Southern tradition.

Every element of the reception felt carefully considered, with the couple’s Shuler Monogram woven throughout the celebration - featured on details like the dance floor, bar, tambourines, koozies, matchboxes, drink stirrers and more.

RIVALS TO LOVERS

As an Ole Miss graduate and lifelong fan, it meant a lot to the bride to be married near Oxford. Her groom graduated from Mississippi State. While the two schools may be fierce rivals, their wedding day celebrated both sides with humor and heart.

The groom’s cake paid tribute to Mississippi State, while reception hats boldly declared either “REBS” or “DAWGS,” letting guests choose their allegiance for the night. It was a playful nod to their story and proof that love truly conquers all, even SEC rivalries.

With its romantic setting, thoughtful details, and a joyful mix of tradition and personality, this wedding was a true celebration of love. We’re so honored to have been included in this day that felt both classic and entirely personal, and we know this is a celebration that will be cherished for years to come.

Cheers to the Martins!
