Molly & Evan - Timeless Romance

For Molly & Evan, their wedding was less about a day of celebration and more about a creating a destination for their guests. For those who traveled near and far, the couple wanted to create a curated, thoughtful, and charming weekend in Charleston, SC where memories were sure to be made.

The weekend began with an intimate Catholic ceremony on Thursday for their family and wedding party, followed by a welcome party for guests on Friday at one of their venue's accompanying properties - complete with lawn games and casual cuisine. Every element and event was carefully chosen to create a cohesive narrative throughout the multi-day affair.

The couple's invitation suite was stunningly personalized using their signature two-letter monogram on everything from the invites and RSVP cards to wax seals and return addresses.

Guest baskets were adorned with monogrammed gift tags welcoming them to Charleston -- another element of weaving their personalization through details big and small.

"Our Shuler Studio monogram was one of the first things we invested in for the wedding planning process, and I am so glad we did. I loved finding thoughtful ways big and small to incorporate it throughout the weekend."

Saturday's festivities began with a ceremony at The Eternal Father of the Sea chapel, with a floral designed Shuler Monogram as the backdrop for their vows.

Guests were then ushered from the chapel steps to the nearby Admiral's House for the cocktail hour and reception which boasts signature Charleston charm.

As described in Molly & Evan's Style Me Pretty feature, "The couple's custom monogram thoughtfully adorned many of their details, from embroidered napkins to charming matchbox favors...adding a personalized touch to the grandeur of the affair, as well as an element of visual consistency to tie everything together."

Quaint Garden Party

What started as a quaint garden party for guests turned into a stunning low-country reception as the sunlight dwindled.

Guests took their seats after visiting the stunning escort card wall, using die cut cards with tassels and monogrammed wax seals on custom wallpaper by Inslee Fariss. This lovely botanical pattern carried through to the fabric on the pillows seen in the seating area, where guests could rest their feet from all the dancing that would follow their meal.

Molly & Evan's custom embroidered napkins were the perfect touch for the head table, complete with their stunning two-letter monogram, gathered with a blue velvet bow. The cornflower blue tied in beautifully with the pastel hues of the table arrangements and bouquets.

Molly & Evan finished the night with cake and dancing underneath picturesque Spanish Moss and twinkling cafe lights, while guests popped silver streamers upon their exit. Cheers to this beautiful couple and a stunning Charleston wedding!
