A Southern Fairytale: Maddie & Toxey’s Timeless Celebration at Hallabrook Hill
by Hannah Larsen |
A DREAM COME TRUE
When we talk about a "Southern Fairytale," we imagine a day where timeless elegance meets genuine, joyful celebration. For Maddie and Toxey, that vision came to life on June 21, 2025, at the breathtaking Hallabrook Hill in Valdosta, Georgia. From a horse-drawn carriage to custom-branded sneakers, every moment was wrapped in faith, laughter, and deeply personal details.
THE MONOGRAM
What truly set this wedding apart was the intentionality behind every detail. Maddie and Toxey utilized their Shuler Studio monogram as a thread that connected every part of the weekend.
“I chose a Shuler Monogram because I knew it would be a classic piece that is versatile and can be used beyond my wedding season. It truly is a timeless piece!”
-- Maddie
Maddie and Toxey chose our Antique Chic MT no.10 to serve as the 'brand' of their big day. From the initial paper goods to the smallest personal details throughout the celebration, the monogram provided a polished, cohesive touch that tied their fairytale vision together beautifully.
The couple's monogram made a stunning appearance on heirloom pieces like an embroidered ring bearer pillow and delicate bouquet wrap. At the reception, the elegant wedding cake featured the monogram amidst intricate trellis work and florals. Even the dance floor attire stayed on-theme, with the bride sporting hand-painted Golden Goose sneakers featuring the monogram.
THE CEREMONY
Maddie and Toxey’s June ceremony was nothing short of enchanting. Arriving at the altar via horse and carriage, the bride looked every bit the fairytale princess as she prepared to say "I do" at the picturesque Hallabrook Hill.
THE RECEPTION
Maddie’s vision was an elegant Southern fairytale, and the aesthetic delivered on every front. The celebration was defined by an abundance of pastel florals including soft pinks, greens and blues.
Adding a layer of sophisticated charm was the chinoiserie-inspired decor, featuring classic patterns that brought an air of timeless grandmillennial style to the venue. To capture the magic as it happened, a live wedding painter worked throughout the evening, creating a permanent heirloom of the couple's most cherished moment.
The reception tablescapes were a masterclass in "Grandmillennial" elegance. Chinoiserie vases and an abundance of pastel florals glowed under romantic candlelight, while dinner napkins embroidered with a "B" in our Single Romanesque Font added a perfectly personalized finish.
The couple shared a romantic first dance on a stunning classic checkered dance floor, surrounded by loved ones. To keep the energy high, the night was filled with playful, branded details from custom koozies at the bar to monogrammed tambourines that kept everyone moving to the music.
SPARKS FLY
After dancing the night away with the live band, the newlyweds made a grand departure. Sparks flew during a show-stopping firework exit and they drove away in a vintage Chevrolet, marking the perfect end to a truly magical day.
Congratulations to the Brannens!
